feat(lindasmart_7s_doorbell): add compatible Genio 3MP video doorbell

Additional tamper sensor on dp 250 (not present on Linda Smart)
 - there is also a "alarm_mode" setting on 243, but only accepts "0" as a value so not implemented

The device returns no data during matching, so relies on product id and cloud config flow.
