Adding support for Starlight EF-STAR30 Fireplace (#6267)

Adds config for the Starlight EF-STAR30 electric fireplace. Tested and
all features work: power, heat setting, temperature, flame speed, flame
colour, timer, flame only, flame brightness and sound.
