feat(kogan_kawfhtp_heater): add compatible Cecotec Ready Warm 6750

- use max temperature 35 from that device. Looking at the history there was always a
conflict in info between Kogan manual stating 40 and Tuya cloud info (at the time, not the
more reliable QueryThingsDataModel) stating 35. Anyway temperatures in the 35-40 range are
unlikely to be useful in a normal domestic heating situation.
