fix(simple_gate_opener): remove force: true from control dp

This config is for generic devices, and force: true causes issues for devices
that do not require it.

Apart from some sensor dps, this is almost never needed, and often changing
the protocol version to 3.22, 3.42 or 3.52 is a better solution when devices
actually need updatedps to be used.
