feat(rgbcw_lightbulb) add compatible Laser E14 5W bulb

This device has an extra "remote switch" to switch between WiFi and
"beacon" (BLE?) control, but since switching it will kill the WiFi
it does not seem useful to expose to HA.
There are also cycle_timer and random_timer on non-standard dps but
not documentation or examples of their content.
