* feat(devices): add configuration for Globmatic gate opener

* feat: remove extra button and sensor entities from globmatic gate opener configuration

* feat: remove device model ID

* feat: remove entity names

* feat: remove misleading state mapping

* Refactor globmatic_gate_opener.yaml for position mapping

Updated the gate opener configuration to reflect new naming and mapping for position and current position.
