Update mppt_solar_charge_controller_4048-6048.yaml

"manufacturer: Demuda, Bluetti ...." was to long to pass tests

changed in manufacturer: Demuda, Bluetti and others brands"

the problem with these products from china, is that one manufacturer is making the hardware and then other brands sale it under these own name. I tried to find out the original manufacturer but it would not help... because most of the users of appliance will not know them, as the are looking for integration of the brand of these acquired smart devices
