Remove unsupported HVAC modes from Madimack Eco 9kW heat pump YAML (#3861)

* Create madimack_eco_heatpump_9kW.yaml

* Update madimack_eco_heatpump_9kW.yaml

* feat (madimack_eco_heatpump_9kW): minor naming tweaks

- spell out words in full in names
- air is implicit in Ambient temperature, and water in Outlet temperature, so shorten the names by omitting these words
