Remove deprecated switches that were replaced with buttons.

Buttons were added in 2023.1.0, which is now over 3 months ago.
Since most of these are "reset" functions, they probably aren't high
use, but if the switch was exposed in the UI, or used in automations,
it will need to be replaced with the button.
