cleanup(discovery): drop logging of unmatched devices

Although initially with the appropriate template the work created was manageable,
with everyone now using AI to bypass issue templates and report whatever info
the AI randomly decides it wants to, it is contributing to unsustainable levels
of AI slop in the development queue.
