cleanup (devices): cleanup some yamllint warnings

These do not alert the same way as errors, you only see them in the
github interface when there are errors generated alongside, and only
if you look at the full scan result, since the files are usually
not part of the changeset.

- bobyun_gatepro_opener: "No" needs quotes to avoid being detected as boolean
- setti_czajnik_kettle: some comments were indented at a level yamllint didn't like
