Kogan KAWHTP: merge the products

Reviewing PR #1243, it seems the product id was originally wrongly
copied from the Kogan tower heater that was part of the same PR,
and the proper product id matches what was supplied in PR #3309 for
a Goldair branded heater with apparently the same model number.
