feat(electriq_airflex15w_heatpump): add almost compatible OBI KGM 12000-58

Missing humidity and swing mode functionality, also the heat_cool(auto) mode, but
we have too many configs now, so cannot keep adding more with same dp layout and
only minor variations. Should work OK if these features are ignored.
