feat(dimming_lightbulb): add Gledopto GL-C-301W

Because this reports "white" on dp 21 in addition to the switch on 20
and brightness on 22, it matches other light configs "better" than
this one on pure dp value analysis.  But since the functionality is
limited to the above, it is really best matched to this config.
