feat(smartplugv2_energyv3): add 10A product

Matches both v2 and v3, with 2 unsupported entities in v2, and 1 unsupported in v3,
so v3 seems slightly better as a match. In all cases the missing dps are optional
and entities hidden if unavailable, and the other entities are all matching between
these two configs so doesn't really make a difference for this device which.
