Update for Kabum Smart 700 Vaccum 2023 Release

This device had been updated late 2023 for a new revision. Aligned with the T3 upgrade of the Liectrolux's pair.
By that, some DPs had changed, so this file add support for this new version while keeping the base option unchanged.
