RGB LED strip: add compatible Serene Aquarium light

- add specific scenes for this device

The scenes appear to be prefixed by an index, so possibly these sets of
scenes cannot be mixed, but at least they are available. Scenes for this
light are all prefixed by "Aquarium" to make them recognizable.
