Fill out rest of Tadiran DPS based on logs from issue #31.

DPS 104, which was previously configured as boolean for swing mode was a string
('low') in the log, so rename to unknown for observation. Probably it is still
swing_mode, but not as true/false, maybe "low", "mid", "high", "swing", with
3 settings for vane positions when not oscillating. "swing" may be "auto" or
some other string.
