Kesser infrared heater floodlights: naming changes

No need to name switches "Power". Also the name "floodlight" on the light is evading the translations without providing valuable information, since there is only one light.

Due to the simplicity of this config, matching with other similar devices is likely, so also removed specifics from top level name.
