feat(sygonix_smarter_dehumidifier): add Anslut 20L product

PR #6066

DPS 100% match, modes and ranges also a match.
PR #6066 has a switch for ionizer, but Sygonix left this as an attribute
because the dp is present but non-functional. Changed to a hidden entity
so it can be enabled on devices that actually support it.
