Update tests for vacuums and Moes temp/humidifier switch

After recent changes, some device specific tests broke:

- vacuums no longer return a DOCKED state unless they are definitely
  known to be docked.  Some tests need to change to IDLE and PAUSED.

- Moes temperature/humidity switch supports many more features.
