feat(devices): add Novadigital MidPanel8 control panel

- add new language selector translations for English and French variants and Hindi
- add metadata support to media_player platform
  Rather than implementing every read-only property individually, this
  overrides the on_receive to set attributes in the parent class for
  these read-only attributes. Setting media_position the way automatically
  sets the corresponding timestamp.
