fix(meaco_dd8l_pro_dehumidifier): problem indicates 8 for OK.

Unlike the conventional bitmap problem sensors that use 0 for OK and only indicate
actual issues with the bits, this model seems to indicate 8 when all is OK, and 24
when it is cooling down after being switched off.
