Adds support for Lucci Aria DC Fan (#6289)

Lucci Aria DC Fan sold by Beacon Lighting Australia

This PR adds support for Lucci Aria DC Fans sold by Beacon Lighting
Australia. Tested working on non-light models, but confirmed light
functionality in Tuya developer.
