NEW STARTERS

These are the steps for adding someone to the team.

Need to know:
  - Name
  - Primary email for the relevant mailing lists, accounts, etc.
  - GitHub account
  - Type of member (translator, developer, release manager, project administrator)

1. Grant Contributor access to Github https://github.com/nagios-plugins
2. Update team members at: https://nagios-plugins.org/team/ 
3. Send and email introducing new member nagios-announce@lists.nagios.com
4. Grant Member access to coverity https://scan.coverity.com/projects/2376
