Fixed issue with Bind 9.11.x onwards returning AAAA records using the same format as A records. The plugin now correctly detects the A or AAAA records that are returned. Fixed issue with Bind 9.11.x onwards performing a query for both A and AAAA records. The previous default behavior of nslookup was just A records, to ensure that exisitng users of this plugin do not get incorrect results the querytype defaults to A (if it has not already been specified). If an end user wants both A and AAAA then they need to use ANY.
