Merge pull request #290 from brigriffin/check-mailq-opensmtpd

check_mailq: Add OpenSMTPD support

Thanks brigriffin! I'll get the changelog and the contributors files updated soon to reflect the merge. If by some chance I forget to do that, ping me and remind me.
