Add objdb firewall_enabled_or_nic_failure

New objdb var runtime.totem.pg.mrp.srp.firewall_enabled_or_nic_failure
is set to 1 if continuous_gather is larger then MAX_NO_CONT_GATHER.
Under normal conditions, value of variable is 0.
