- Remove 'pic1' and 'pic2' since they are not used anymore

- Don't call time() function all the time when we have already done that
above.. this should also fix the problem where it plusses one hour to the time
of generation.
- Fix height from 20 to 15 so we avoid ugly stretching and to be more
consistent
