fix(mods): resolve AMX Mod X packages from the latest 1.10 build (#5119)

Resolve the AMX Mod X base package and the cstrike, dod, tfc, ns and ts addons from the latest 1.10 Linux build on amxmodx.org at mods-install and mods-update time, instead of pinning one release. The base and every addon use the same build, and the install stops with an error if the build cannot be resolved.
