fix(sf): drop ServerQueryPort and BeaconPort removed in Satisfactory 1.0 (#4976)

* fix(sf): drop ServerQueryPort and BeaconPort removed in Satisfactory 1.0

Satisfactory 1.0+ uses port for the game (UDP) and the server API
(TCP), plus ReliablePort (TCP). -ServerQueryPort and -BeaconPort are no
longer used, but LinuxGSM still passed them and listed their ports in
details, so admins opened ports nothing listens on.

- Remove queryport/beaconport from sfserver _default.cfg and
  startparameters.
- details: list Game (UDP), Server API (TCP) and ReliableMessaging (TCP).
- queryport now follows port. Monitoring is session-only (querymode 1),
  so this doesn't change it.

Fixes #4967

* fix(sf): drop code comment
