i18n(es): complete Spanish translations (#9245)

- Reviewed all remaining Spanish translations marked as TODO or DIRTY
- Updated translations against the current English source
- Removed obsolete TODO, DIRTY, and IGNORE markers after verification
- Brought Spanish translation completion to 100%
